Why is this movie not more popular?

Very underrated.

I found this on VHS at a pawn shop for 50 cents.

Good acting, humorous dialogue, interesting characters, and an atypical ending. Rae Dawn Chong is BAD ASS.

I'm truly surprised there aren't more comments about this film.
