Song at end of movie??

In one of the last scenes during the game there is a beautiful song that starts playing when the football players move in slow motion. Does ANYONE know that song? It would have been more of a "Score" song and not on the soundtrack. GREAT MOVIE! Thanks!

It's part of the never released score composed by Mark Isham. I've been scouring the internet trying to find it for months and have had no luck at all. Sorry.
