Who is Wilma (Dina Eastwood)?

I know that Dina Eastwood is Clint's current wife and she plays Wilma in the movie, but who is Wilma? Is she the assistant in the office? The one who tells him about Frank Beechum's past record, the crime he has arrested for, gives him Michelle's files (on cassette), advises him on Bob, and tells him about Bob's meeting against smoking, etc.

She looks like she could be Dina (I saw a picture of her a long time ago, in the papers, before they married), but I saw the movie on VHS and could not identify a "Wilma."

i think i read that she's the DA who basically blows clint off when he asks her for info on the trial/case/witnesses.

Short answer: She was a TV interviewer.

Long answer: When Steve Everett went to pick up his daughter, Kate Everett,
to take her to the zoo, then Wilma Francis was on TV
interviewing someone just after Dale Porterhouse was shown
describing Frank Beecham as having "eyes of a goat"
