shareI would have laughed if I wasn't disgusted that he cast his annoyingly bad-acting daughter in the role. Nepotism fail. That whole wife/daughter/zoo scene was painfully long and useless. It felt like it was added in specifically so Eastwood could have a nice long scene featuring his cute, but inept, kid.
shareBy the way, anyone with children knows that if the mother reacted that way when they arrived home, she is a terrible parent. You can't flip out in front of the kid and act like their injury is terrible because this will upset the child and they will think that they are more seriously hurt than they really are. Instead, you should intentionally downplay the injury in front of the kid and they will be less likely to make a big deal out of it.
