Has anyone noticed the vhs box makes no sense

It's funny how on the back of the box they show the boyfriend tied up in some sort of blanket and rope. On the front Dempsey apears to be the ghost boyfriend and what's with the dead guy in the suit with stab wounds to the chest? Hahaha, I thought it was funny..

I haven't even seen the movie yet and I can tell that the box cover doesn't make sense.
