Watched it once when it was new, couldn't remember the name of it. Asked a few times if anyone could name that film.
FINALLY someone figured it out.

Good movie overall, kinda odd but worth a watch if you like low budget and it shows it kinda movies.

Almost 13 years after this post, I watched this movie last night on Rifftrax. They made it entertaining for me. It was titled Gangster World though and not The Outsider.

Give it up for "The Donald".
