Which lighthouse used for filming?

Who can tell me whether the exterior shots are of a real lighthouse (I think the interior shots mostly are, filmed in Cornwall) and what would be the name of this lighthouse? I haven't found any pics of lighthouses (in Cornwall) that resemble this one. Info much appreciated. Thanks, Carlo

All the interiors were shot in Three Mills Studios, East London. Most of the exteriors were also shot in the same studios, with some location work in Hastings (beach and crawling out of the water stuff).

The lighthouse used in the final helicopter shot is the Bishops' Rock, off Lands' End, Cornwall.

I was able to find two photos of the Bishops's Rock Lighthouse. I have not been fortunate enough to see the movie yet (my copy is in the mail), but see if this looks like the lighthouse from the film. Hope it helps!

Thanks you both, that is really neat. I have found that when you send additional info to IMDB about filming locations or other trivia it does not get processed and used by them, and I am grateful for your info on the filming locations of this movie.

The lighthouse used in the film doesn't exist; it was a miniature designed and built by the films Art Department. There are some location shots of a lighthouse at sea but the miniature was composited over the top of it. I know this because... I am the lighthouse keeper that survived!

Thanks! Of the lighthouse keepers in the movie you mean? I thought they all died!
