And the real Blossom has arrived...

First off, there is one individual on this message board that honored me with a wonderful compliment about my "acting" ability, or more specifically, my screen presence. I want to thank you for that. I was told the very same thing by my director Todd Phillips. My life could have been very different from today, would I have signed a particular contract, which I believe to this day, was a part in the movie Road Trip. It was quite some time ago, and I don't remember the exact conversation, but I do recall a meeting at McDonalds, to discuss my movie career...a meeting in which I never showed up to.
Obviously, there are many rumors surrounding this film, and I find it fascinating that almost 13 years later, people are still watching this film, commenting on it, wondering if it was real or fake, and simply enjoying it (or hating it and ME for that matter). Although my director deemed me as the "star of the show", the movie could not have been made without the brilliant talents of Andrew Gurland and Todd Phillips.
I have been flirting with the idea of contacting several news stations, other than the ridiculous segment when I was on Howard Stern. Why you ask? Well, for starters, its extremely important for the world to know that FRAT HOUSE was real. It could not be MORE REAL. That was the life I lead, as well as the pledges, the frats, the hazing, the drinking, the drugs, etc. That was college. It was an experience, but one in which I would try my HARDEST to prevent my two beautiful children from partaking in. (one boy age 5 and one girl age 7). What is important is for parents to realize what college is supposed to be for, and what can end up happening to our children, regardless how we raise them and love them.
I am currently a special educator with my own business for 10 years. I work with children with disabilities, primarily autism, as I find it a fascinating, yet heart breaking disability. With the proper scientifically proven method of applied behavior analysis and integration among typical peers, there IS HELP for autism. I pride myself in the things I have done for thousands of children over the years, and I am grateful myself, to have two relatively healthy children, although my son does suffer from ulcerated colitis, diagnosed since the young age of one.
Enough rambling, as much of this can be read about it my upcoming book. The book includes many aspects of life, including college, kids, autism, bi-polar disorder, hazing, AND drug addiction. I am proud of my book thus far, as the hardest aspect was to tie all those sensitive topics into one story, that not only would be an enjoyable read, but one that would send chills up and down your spine...either because it so closely resembles YOUR life, or because it is so DIFFERENT from your life...basically sending a message to everyone out there. Whats the message? I do not know yet.
I have a tremendous ability to speak publicly, write, teach, and of course "act". The scariest part looking back at Frat House (although I told HBO I was only acting), was the fact that I was NOT acting. My behavior in that film was me for four years of my life. The other 31 years are just as, if not more interesting than FRATHOUSE.
Here is my question for all of you? Should I now, ten years later, take this film to the next level? Should I expose it even more so, possibly helping our parents and children know what lyes ahead for them in our future? I have tried to reach out to Todd Phillips many times, but I have yet to find any contact info on him. I simply want the rights to MY movie. I want it aired on HBO. I want parents to know. I want the world to know.
I ask all of you to help not only our society, but me. I think you may find it interesting that after all these years of teaching disabled children, I myself am now disabled mentally. Who knows...maybe I was back then also. I sure acted that way. Spread the word girls and guys. Blossom does have the movie. Although there is a little dust on it, the memories are forever embedded in my head. Spread the word people, that Blossom has arrived after 13 long years of waiting, maturing (to some extent), and currently living a life style of constant struggle economically and mentally. If I can prevent just ONE college student from ending up like Blossom, yet accomplishing all the wonderful things by helping our disabled children, I view my Frat House road as a success. No matter how much good we do in our life, the results are not always good.
I encourage all of you to help me make FRAT HOUSE a REAL FILM. Spread the word again people, that FRATHOUSE has once again emerged...and this time, the star has emerged with it. Not to horrify, but to help. Anyone may contact me at anytime, should you have any questions. 631-687-9846. [email protected]. Where do I start? A talk show? A letter to a news company? Or do I sit back and watch our children make the same mistakes I made. Remember, it does't matter how we raise our children. Their success lyes in their own hands.
Btw, if I had a chance to slap the s*it out of Andrew again, I wouldn't. I would have punched him and broke his nose instead.
