I would like to know what the main characters of kidsong show are doing now.I wonder how they look right now and if any of kids are in show business today.

Me too, I wonder what the Kids are up to now. I know that the red-head girl9SORRY! Forgot her name!) used to be in a TV-Series called "Grounded For Life!", but now its canceled.

I sometimes think what the cast of kidsongs think after seeing the videos today. They are mostly grown-ups by now.

I know Alexandra "Palm" was in usa film called "the colony" with Hal "Barney Miller" Linden around 1996.

Yeah... I've only spotted two of them elsewhere. Alex pops up every now and then on various TV shows (usually in small roles), and Lynsey Bartilson (the "redhead" that someone mentioned) was very famous for a while thanks to "Grounded For Life."

Was Lynsey the only big name to come out of this show, or were there other budding celebrities hidden in there somewhere?

I mean hey, you never know where your favorite PBS stars are gonna end up - look at "The Electric Company." Back then, no one really knew anything about the guy who played Easy Reader... and now, Morgan Freeman's a legend!

Yeah, that's true. I don't know how well known Rita Moreno was at the time, though.

Rita was known, my mom knew of her.

You have to look at this IMDB list to really know.

Megan from the looks of it must have left the acting world.

Don't know about the rest but from what I've learned over the years and often it's not unsusual for actors to become well known for one project. I could go into a bunch of examples but here's one.

Jack Lord of the original Hawaii-Five-O. though he was 48 I believe when it debuted but it appears to have been the only thing to have made him a household name. Sure he did more than that. In 1962 he was invovled in a western called "Stoneny Burke which was axed after 1 season. but Five-O was his claim to fame.

Casey Rion appeared in a film called Wicked. His role is small, only appearing in 2 scenes. It's not a good film but here's the link for the film if you want to see him. His scenes are at 4:28 and 53:40.

It appears that Alexandra Palm, who's real last name is Picatto, along with Megan Miyahira have left the acting business. Both have facebook accounts and appear still keep in touch with each other.
