Did they ever refer to the corruption that was going on at the end of the first season. It looked like Julie Stewarts character was going to be fighting the whole Dept. Then in Season 2 They have an episode called jane Doe next. Hav`nt watched it yet but it almost appears that their side stepping the whole season 1 to go another direction ?

The prodcuers used that backdrop to fire most of the cast. Deputy Chief Malcolm (Tasha Simms) took most of the blame because she was one of the first women to break the glass wall.
