Though, as ide_cyan outlined, there are different versions throughout the series. I was not aware of this. I was actually meaning to refer to the Seasons 1-2, 'The Jazzy Theme.' Sorry I was soo vague splinter7899, though I much appreciate the upload and enjoyed listening to it anyway.
I hope I'm not asking for too much, but would it be at all possible for you, to upload the said season opening and close for Season's 1-2 of Cold Squad, aka 'The Jazzy Theme?' I would much appreciate it.

There are four different versions of the theme music.
Seasons 1-2 has a jazzy theme by Claire Lawrence. I don't know who it was who did the themes after hers.
Seasons 3-4 had a completely new theme, with a female voice vocalising over the music.
Seasons 5-6 had another theme, with a male voice vocalising (or possibly singing in a First Nations language?), which was slightly remixed for season 7.

I saw the opening scene & credits of an episode of this show for the first time this morning, and I'd call the theme song awful. It sounded like a jazz musician trying to cover up the sound of a cat being murdered.

Are you talking about the opening theme for seasons 1-2 or the later seasons? You must be talking about the later seasons...or you have a hearing disorder.
