Were you not able to watch it? I'd suggest getting a netflix account and renting the series. Watching the ending, as opposed to reading a summary, is a more satisfying experience.

The ending is very climatic and it would be very anti-climatic to speak of it. I will say, however, that everything works out in the end... though one or two sub-plots might not end how you'd like them to end. Of course, to find out which those are, you really should finish watching the series. It's well worth it.
