Poorly Done, Terrible Mess!

I watched this tv movie some time ago and I was so dissapointed
with the storyline and very poor acting. Steven Bauer is a
very talented, good looking actor from "Scarface" who must have
needed the work to be in this mess of a tv movie. And the
casting of unknown Shane Perdue as Andrew Cunanan was a
complete joke! He bore absolutely no resemblance whatsoever to
the real murderer of Gianni Versace. This film has a weak script,
atrocious acting and very poor production values. And in such
a huge melting pot of Miami and South Florida it's unbelievable
that the producer and casting people couldn't have cast someone
of ethnic looks who at least looked a bit like Andrew Cunanan!
Franco Nero was believable as Versace and his performance was
the only bright part of the script.
