Why the different titles?

I understand that "Twice upon a Yesterday" is the US title and "If Only" the UK/Spanish title. But why is it called "The Man with Rain in his Shoes" on IMDB? (I nearly bought it twice before I realised it was the same film with different titles!)

The original title was "The Man With Rain In His Shoes", but then the UK distributors decided to change it to "If Only" and the US distributors to "Twice Upon A Yesterday". Both UK and US distributors thought the original title was too poetic and long, not commercial enough.
