Why doesn't Netflix have this title?
I guess I should just ask Netflix. Is this rare or out of print? I love Carla Gugino in this movie.
shareI"m no expert but a pretty big fan of this movie. For what ever reason, i don't think it has ever been released here in the US. Since it's only been released as a region 2 disc, I don't think Netflix carries anything but region 1. I periodically check here and Amazon to see if it has come out but to no such avail. Maybe with the popularity of the Mentalist, it will help get it released. Hope this helps.

I think they do buy other region DVDs if it's worth it. I was surprised to be able to rent Rusalka 1960 (mislabeled as Rusalka 1962). That DVD was never released in the US to my knowledge. They make make exceptions for operas.
That’s not true! I hold in my hand a Region 1, NTSC DVD of Judas Kiss that just arrived today, from a reseller I found on Ebay. It is brand-new, factory sealed, plays perfectly and cost me 20 bucks. I’ve found the Holy Grail of DVDs! So now we KNOW they made Region 1 DVDs. Keep looking!
PS The picture on the DVD jewel case is much different from the one for this topic. It’s much better, with Carla in the foreground.

shareBullshit. I have a Region 1 disc of Judas Kiss in my library. Got it brand new, factory sealed. It took years of searching. Found it on eBay.
