I never did get the title...is it just his age?

there's a fantastic stevie nicks song of the same name - may be a relevance??!!

but there's no stevie nicks music in it and there's no mention of her or her music or even that song.

There may be no relevance to the Stevie Nicks song directly, but Todd Stephens (the writer) is apparently a huge Stevie Nicks fan. His film "Gypsy 83" is about a girl and her gay-boy best friend traveling to be part of "A Night of 1000 Stevies" or something like that. I'm sure it was a bit of a nudge to Stevie Nicks for Todd to use this title.
