Rod = Chris Murrah?

Anyone think Rod looks like Chris Murrah (Andy) in What Happens Next? I thought that was him.

It was bugging me. After side by side comparison (this movie to that movie/similar ages) I see it's that they have almost the same nose and similar mouth and vaguely similar smiles, but Rod's (Andersen's) smile it's by far the nicer of the two.
