Yeah but the only problem is they show it with way too many commercials, which cuts it down to about a half an hour per night! and another thing..they show it too late!. Come on Azteca America! get your act together and show this novela at a better time say, 10 at least, and stop showing so many goddamn commercials! Other than that..this novela rocks!

i totally agree....azteca america plays it w/ TOO MANY commercials!!! and i wish it wasn't dubbed over in spanish...i only understand portuguese!

I don't speak portuguese so spanish works for me try watching it on your DVR record it and you don't have to watch the commercials I skip them.

Finally..Azteca America finally came to it's senses and will air Xica Da Silva at 10 like I wanted it beginning Monday December 18th..Yay! and by the way..the people who dub this Novela in Spanish do a great job. The voices are very closely similar to the Portuguese ones...at least from what i've heard what they sound like through internet clips on YouTube.

Hi everyone! I am recording the Xica novela from Azteca. On my monday Jan. 15 my cable box decided not to work and I lost the episode!! Over here in Chicago I can only get Azteca by cable. I want to know if someone else is recording the novela to buy from you the episode from Monday on VHS or DVD. OR we can trade. If you miss one or more episodes let me know. I'm have all the episodes up to now (with exceptions of Monday's Jan. 15.) Please write to me to [email protected] to sell me the episode or to trade. Thank you!
