Question about the end (spoilers)

This is a spoiler question, don't read if you haven't seen movie.

At the end the hero, the daughter and the hero's dad were walking off, having a chat. The daugher says she wants to get an icecream, and I think the hero said okay. Then the dad said something, and the hero said something like, "there are some things you'll have to get used to."

What did the dad say?
