Looking for English subtitles

I've been looking for English subtitles for this mini series for years.

Does anyone know if English subtitles are available anywhere for this? I've searched all across the net and can't find any. Apparently the movie was screened last year at a movie festival (called Moma) and they had English subs, but I guess they didn't consider putting them online.

Alternatively, does anyone know of any DVD or Blu Ray releases of this movie with English subtitles?

I would love to know the same thing. Intensive internet searching has turned up nothing. If I hear anything in the future, I will let you know. Please let me know if you turn up any leads.
