Goof on the 3minute mask theft

Ok, Mac explains they have three minutes on the guard. Meaning,they have 3 mins before he comes back to the room to check it. If u count, it takes her 3 minutes to get to the statue alone and steal it. Sooooo how does she get back over the lasers and out the floor again when the 3 mins is already over????? Just curious
