Which episode...

Does anyone know which episode it is that Berg finally gets taken off of academic probation? I know Ashley started a petition for him to be taken off of it, but I don't recall them mentioning it again. He just seems to have gone back to work like normal.

Also, which episode is it that Pete becomes an actual fireman in? Is it the episode where he is mauled by the bear?
