Is the cast list complete?

The Wayback Machine shows that on 17 Jun 2005, the "Full Cast and Crew" page for The Woman in White included one more name in the cast list than it does now. The last name in the list was that of Celandine Wade, said to have played "Young Marian" - presumably a younger version of Tara Fitzgerald's character. The page adds that Ms. Wade was "uncredited".

Clearly, since the page was archived, Celandine Wade's name has been removed. And yet the page still bears the claim, "verified as complete". So, was Celandine Wade in the programme, or not? If she wasn't, how come her name used to be on the page? And if she was, why was her name removed, and why does the page still say "verified as complete" at the top?

The following is the URL for the archived IMDb page, for anyone who wants to see it:

And here is Celandine Wade's IMDb page:

Yes, she still has a page. She just has no credits on it!

Possibly you are not interested in an answer now, but I just saw this yesterday and the film does include a flashback scene of a young Marian happening upon her father kissing another woman (presumably the Catherick woman) with a baby at their feet (presumably the young Anne Catherick). If this girl played her, I have no idea why she was removed, except possibly at her own request, as she'd be a teenager by now and maybe she didn't want her name listed here.

However, to answer your question, there was a "Young Marian" in the film, so presumably she was played by someone. I did not see the credits, so no idea if she was listed on them.

Am I anywhere near the imaginary cliff?

Thanks for replying, LadyJaneGrey. I am always interested in answers. :)

I'd be surprised (and baffled) if the IMDb removed acting credits on request. I thought the aim was to be as near to a complete database as possible. Do you know of any occasions when a credit has been removed at the request of the creditee?

If the young Marian was uncredited, then I suppose the only realistic way in which I could find out whether or not it really was Celandine Wade would be... to ask her myself! I could do that, I suppose. How stalker-y would that sound? ;)
