Strange end of the film

I have some questions about this film.

is it true story?
what happened to maya?
what is that due to maya died?
what about the money she need at the end and the businessman paresh raval and his business?

I think that there should be 2nd part of film that can answer these questions or I have not exactly understand the whole film that what it wants to convey.

Is someone there who can answer that questions?

I have not read the novel based on that the film was created but I have watched the movie. If any more information is needed tell me.
