When did Peter Gammons
go to the MLB network? I know it's been awhile. Why did he do this? Did ESPN let him leave or did he do this on his own? He's my fav baseball person and now can't see him as often.
shareHe left ESPN in December 2009. MLB Network offered him comparable money and a less demanding schedule, so he became their on-air and online analyst at the beginning of the 2010 season. He also does work for NESN which is a Boston area sports network.
