Why cant you only buy this 2nd hand online???!!!

Something's seriously up with the distributor of this film, I want to buy it on Amazon WITHOUT a Dutch DVD case and second hand.

Such a great film, you'd really think it would be available in a way where the people involved would still be getting royalties instead of only 2nd hand copies available, what with all the hard work they put in to making it.

Not fair on the film makers nor the audience.
