Can't understand a dialogue...

There's a scene in the middle of the film, in fact the only scene implying some kind of sexual activity, when an older boy asks another to do something, and says: "You did it last night...". And the other replies: "So...". I can't understand the next line. Would somebody have the answer? I think there's the word cigarette on the sentence...

Butch: Well, why not?

[Mike shrugs]

Butch: You did last night.

Mike: So?

Butch: It's not something you ration like . . . cigarettes.

Mike: You're just a pig.

I believe the younger boy's name is Mike. There is also a boy named Max. I think the boy that Mike is the one who is helping David put the roof on the shelter when Max walks up and David asks him to help, too. I think that I have their names straight, but I might have gotten Mike's and Max's names reversed.
