I got Rex the Runt on DVD today. I'm just wondering what time it was aired at in the UK? I ask as there's quite a lot of swearing in it!
shareThe first series was aired pre-watershed which is why the Broadcasting Standards Commision upheld so many complaints against the show. The BBC claimed that because of the time of year (Xmas holidays) more adults would be watching TV and therefore the show was suitable for inclusion. The BSC upheld all but one of the complaints received and the second series was shown at a more appropriate time of day.
shareI saw it on the Paramount comedy channel. It was on pretty late as far as I can remember. Definetely past 9pm anyway.
