Soundtrack Question - Alison almost drowning

I love DEGRASSI JUNIOR HIGH, DEGRASSI HIGH and SCHOOLS OUT. I have all the videos. Because I watch it as often as I do I have found myself actually liking some of the songs that have been featured in the epsiodes (And, no, I dont mean "Everybody Wants Something" by THE ZITS!)
In the episode where the girls have a slumber party and smoke pot and Kathleen has a bad high there is a slow moody song thats lyrics start out "Mirror Mirror On The Wall"
I was watching the SCHOOLS OUT movie yesterday and in the scene where Amy and Alison flip over the canoe and Alison almost drowns they play the same song!
Does anybody know what the song is called? Who sings it? Is it available to purchase or download?
Watching the SCHOOLS OUT credits I noticed a lot of songs were done by a band called HARUM SCARUM (hope I spelled that right). Is the song by them?
And also: Were these real bands or did they just compose the music for DEGRASSI?

The song is called House of Glas by a guy named Malcom Burn (http://www.malcolmburn.com)

I don't know where to find it though. I looked around a bit, but no luck.

If you do find it anywhere, let me know. I want to hear it. I even emailed Malcom Burn to see if he could get it for me. He never answered.

I checked AMAZON, eBAY, HALF DOT COM and have tryed to download it but so far NOTHING!

I'll keep you posted and if you find anything you check in with me, okay?

(I cant believe he didnt write back. Is he that swamped with fan mail? Hahaha)

i found this album. And coincidentally it is located in my province. I have messaged him to see if House of Glass is on this record. I will capture it and send it to you if this all pans out.

Is it an album? Cuz that has crossed my mind too: That maybe its only available on vinyl and I dont have a turntable anymore!

7 of the songs in this movie were taken from Harem Scarem's 1991 self titled debut!! A fantastic soundtrack!!!

I have to say - I absolutely loved "School's Out!" when it first premiered on TV. I've watched the re-run a tonne of times and even bought the Harem Scarem 'cassette' back in good 'ol 1992 after seeing the movie. it is a great tape! Good old Canadian hair band from the '90's! Woot!

Maybe he didn't appreciate you spelling his name incorrectly.
