I keep seeing that people thought she was hot, but I don't see it. Caitlin was so much prettier than she was. Anytime I saw Tessa's face she always looked liked she was in shock from dropping something 24/7.

I agree, I never saw what the big deal was about her. She's ok and all, but not on the same level as Caitlin. But Caitlin was sorta prudish and Tess just had no shame whatsoever the way she threw herself at guys

Tessa wasn't hot until School's Out, she was pretty and had a good body! That voice though... eek!

I thought it actually fit well with the story. Joey felt inferior to Caitlin and that he wasn't good enough for her. He took up with Tessa who made him feel better about himself.

I would have picked Tessa, she has the sexiest voice.
