Where can I buy The Ruby Ring?

I was wondering if anyone knows a website where I can purchase this movie?

reply

I'm wondering too! I can't find this movie anywhere. Were you able to find it anywhere?

reply

I would like the movie too. I just watched it and recorded it on my DVR from Showtime. But would lkie to have it on a DVD for my daughter. Any luck? I have been all over the net and ebay looking for it. I can't even find any release date for it on DVD. Maybe it hasn't been released?? The movie was made in 1997, so I would think it would have been released on VHS at least.

I am looking for this movie as well. So far, I have not found any information on it even being on VHS. I have seen this movie twice on showtime. I do hope it is released sometime in the future if it has not been already.

It is out on VHS. I found it at the local library, borrowed it and used my computer to convert it to a DVD. It came out pretty decent. Check your library...maybe you can find it. I have seen it on eBay as well. Happy Hunting! I forgot to mention, the copy that I borrowed contained Spanish subtitles but oh well, can't have everything. What matters is that I still scored the film.

Tell me about it! I saw this movie a while back and I thought it was a nice little movie. You would think by now, they'd have it out on DVD or VHS.

The production company is Hallmark Entertaiment - at least in the U.S. I'd start there to see if they even authorized to sell it in VHS or DVD format. Plus, since it is an English production, you may have to look at the end credits to see what other production companies are tied to it and check out their websites. The only studios I know of that are over there are Pinewood Studios and Chaunticler (spelling unknown) films. I think Working Title Films is based there as well. But start with Hallmark first. Good luck!

Oh, and if you do come across a website in England that sells a copy of that movie, be aware that if it's a DVD copy, it may not play in your DVD player since we don't share the same region as England & Europe. They are region 2. Check with Wikipedia about DVD Regional Codes.
