Has anyone else noticed the necklaces that both Gwenyth's character and Scott Speedman's wear? We know Gwenyth's is from her dad and says Be Fri - it appears SS's is the other half. Any ideas on this?!?! Are they brother/sister? There is no mention of it in the commentary.

In some of the versions of the script, Scott's character explains that he found the necklace in a bus station and picked it up. The two necklaces go together and they do, indeed, spell "Best Friends" -- it was cut from the film.
shareIn the hotel scene with Scott Speedman and Maria Bello, Scott sits with his shirt off. We see him wearing a gold necklace with a Broken Heart pendant hanging on it; it is the other half of Gwyneth's necklace, the one she claims her father gave her on her 3rd birthday. This is never explained in the movie.
