the ending please...

I taped the movie from TV a few weeks ago and watched it yesterday....guess what...the ending was cut off!!! We watched the part of the shooting in the bar scene, then after that, (Gwenneth) and her dad (Huey) were out side talking about it with taxi man and his singer friend (sorry I don't remember names), then my tape cut!! What happened? and who won the final singing contest? I think I lost a little more than the final 30 min...can anyone help?

thanks

Gwenneth finds out that Huey is not her real dad... her real dad is making a karaoke movie... Huey and Gwenneth get married and live happily ever after.

Ricky mentions another karaoke contest in Nevada, Billy offers Ricky and Liv to share the cab with him and Suzie, so all four of them are off to another contest. We never hear who won the contest in Omaha.

The last scene with Todd is in the airport, asking the same question about the frequent flyer miles and how they are probably not good for a ticket, but finally it's a positive answer, and he gets to use his 800 000 miles to get a ticket for him and his wife.

Last scene, the pink car driving on the road....

The End.
That is all you missed, it's just a few minutes that's all.

Yeah, I saw that it was listed on TV, too but I know they always edit them to get their precious commercials in so I downloaded it off iTunes. It's worth it, plus they show all the credits. They're not just squeezed in with some lame bar at the bottom, telling me to stay tuned for something else!
