Who was the girl in the opening scene?

It's been some time since I've seen this movie, and I was trying to remember who played the girl that was killed in the opening scene. Was it a familiar "name" star making a cameo appearance, or a working actress just playing a bit part?

Natassia Malthe of Daredevil fame. She played Typhoid Mary and smooched Jen Garner.

Yeah. At the time Disturbing Behavior was made, she was just an unknown jobbing actress, but now she's starting to make a name for herself.
