Does anyone know where Steves house is located?

Anyone know the filming location of the house for Steve? I know Vancouver, but I was hoping for a more exact location (I know that sounds super creeper), but I just loved the shot of the house when they showed it, and I'm curious about the house and if it's ever for sale. Thanks.
