Series' DVD, it is going to be released in the UK on March 25th 2013.
A must own, for the magical show that appeared in the 80's.
Lets all hope that it is in all its unedited glory,in these so politically correct times.
shareI was thinking that....is there a way to tell if it is uncut or not, if it's years since you last saw it, so would not notice if scenes or dialogue was edited

Just started watching it now. Loved the series when it was on and great to relive it again.Yes the picture quality isn't great. Sadly a lot of DVD releases from the 70's and 80's don't get much of a clean up but its great to watch the series again. It really should have ran for more than 1 series.

I remember this as a kid and it being crystal clear!I also have couple of episodes taped from VHS and it being better quality then new DVD's so why the bad transfer as there some other shows from 80's are good on DVD get transferred!Is it cause some of them get left not being well kept in the archives getting dust etc on them
Certain 'un-PC' dialogue may be overdubbed on the newer DVD releases. I noticed that a reference to an Asian shop had been overdubbed in my DVD's.
