Contemporary drama for white British people

Never see it on TV now, Multi Cult hell.

Have just read - very belatedly - your comment re-Howards' Way. This was a class series when it first aired and it's a real shame that it hasn't been repeated recently. A few years ago it was rerun on the old free to view BBC Drama channel but, alas, not on mainstream or BBC 3 or 4. Some say the cost, in repeat fees, is very prohibitive, but that doesn't seem to stop UKGold repeating certain comedy series again, and again and again ...... So why not Howards' Way in it's entirety ? It beats hands down the plethora of American imported series which flood our channels. We live in hope. Just listen to the theme tune - especially Marti Webb's peerless rendition over the closing titles in series 2. A real beaut! And excellent performances from Jan Harvey, Maurice Colbourne, Susan Gilmore, Glyn Owen, Stephen Yardley and Sarah Jane Varley amongst a very distinquished cast. We live in hope - meanwhile there's still DVD on which to see it but it deserves a much wider audience especially as an antedote to all the Olympic coverage.

'Never see it on TV now, Multi Cult hell.'

What an ignorant mark.

You obviously have never watched Midsomer Murders!

Then again I reckon you never watched Howards Way, it featured early appearances by Kulvinder Ghir when it started.

Its that man again!!
