Song Help please!

It's from season 2 episode 19.(running mates) When Tracy and Elena were kissing on a couch, then tracy said he had to leave.(don't want to have sex)
It's a slow song sung by a woman. I search everywhere on every site but it's not a song I'm looking for. I try to search by lyric too but can't find anything. English is not my first language so I'm not sure I hear it correctly.

it goes like, " I had moved on to new brand found but in my mind I hear..."
" in green lights scrolling down..." " cloud turn to thunder..."

something like that. If anyone know this song. please help me. Thank you.
