Watching on ABC app, song question about Pilot

I have searched high and low for the song that plays toward the end while Julie and Felicity are talking at the end of the Pilot episode. It's when Julie is talking about how Felicity's parents feel rejected.

The lyrics say something about "I will not let go of your hand. As rain turns to snow in the land."

All of the sights dedicated to the music of the show have the (or what I presume to be) the original music of the show and I know it has changed over time.

If anyone can help then I would greatly appreciate it!!

I know I’m late to this, but I’ve been rewatching this series on Hulu. I was too young to watch it when it first came out so I watched it for the first time when it was released on Netflix and I remember I was disappointed in the music, especially when I found out it didn’t feature the original score. I had searched for the original music everywhere and never found it. Now that I’m rewatching it on Hulu it’s exactly the way I remember it on NF. I guess the good thing is the artists who have been featured since it changed are still getting exposure, but I find it really sad that the show will never be featured with the original songs again. It makes sense that the music licenses expired before it was sold to other platforms, but it’s still frustrating that future generations will never experience it the way it was intended. I don’t think this will ever happen again in the sense that most productions now know that series could last forever being sold continuously to other platforms and music licenses should be sold with them, but it’s a shame that WB decided to acquire music licenses for only the time they originally aired because this ruined most of their shows now that they’ve gone to other platforms. This also happened with the score of Dawson’s Creek amongst other hit WB shows.
