Rugrats: the imdb section

Is anyone eles surprised by the tiny amount of votes this has recieved and by the practically non existent message board section. Considering the big commercial success of this movie, you would expect more votes at least even if its audience was predominantly children. i suppose the message board stuff goes on at the rugrats tv page.
