If you own a Playstation 3 (PS3), buy The Rugrats Movie off the Playstation Store, and watch it through your HDTV (with HDMI cable), and it looks almost like a Blu-Ray.

I own it on both DVD and Digital Download and there's a noticeable difference in video quality. The DVD looks a teenchy-weenchy bit blurry, but the digital download looks like blu-ray quality, at least for a 13-year old animated film.

No. I believe it's 720p.
