Did anyone really think the women in the "before" segments really needed breast augmentation? I just didn't see the need, but maybe that was the point.

well, a couple had "uneven" and I could see a person wanting to change that. Then there is the one where the nipples point in different directions.

Nope, not really. I mean, if they wanted to go bigger, I wouldn't argue, but they didn't need really need it. Not even the woman that failed the pencil test.
