Frontline used to be a great investigative news show, but it lost its relevance a long time ago. However I'll check this one out. In any case, what went wrong? Simple: the world must go holistic, to stop these viruses and the invasive treatments for them. E.g. ventilators kill people, they don't cure people.
shareA lot of things went wrong. Mostly governments trying to hide or delay the facts about the outbreak by allowing travel, large gatherings, and by not using the little time they had to prepare.
