The Virus: What Went Wrong?

This was one of their best episodes. Well done, especially during covid when the journalis thad to do interviews via Skype.

Thanks, I'll check it out ... but also - it's still going wrong and maybe even worse than the first wave.

This episode focuses on how the outbreak in Wuhan spread across the globe, and the varied responses by different nations.

reply

Wow if I was speaking to a journalist, or pretty much anyone I did not know, I would not want to be using Skype since it can be recorded. Haven't we learned as much as the police have about the power of video? ;-)

reply

If you speak to a journalist, you want the whole interview recorded. Indeed, it's you who wants to have it recorded and safely stored.

reply

The journalist has covered other outbreaks likeAIDS and SARS and already knew most of his interviewees.

Oh, and the interviews were all recorded. It’s a tv program after all.

Frontline used to be a great investigative news show, but it lost its relevance a long time ago. However I'll check this one out. In any case, what went wrong? Simple: the world must go holistic, to stop these viruses and the invasive treatments for them. E.g. ventilators kill people, they don't cure people.

reply

A lot of things went wrong. Mostly governments trying to hide or delay the facts about the outbreak by allowing travel, large gatherings, and by not using the little time they had to prepare.

reply

I doubt it - it's mainstream - you know what they'll say - the scamdemic is real, we are all in this together, we need to stay safe - facts be damned.

Bullshit, bullshit, bullshit.

The notion that you are getting your facts from mainstream channels these days is a sad affair.
Is your bullshit meter seriously not going off yet?
