Luis Miquilena dies at age 97

The politician, publisher and entrepreneur Venezuelan Luis Miquilena died Thursday at 97 years of age, according to family. Those who knew him describe him as a great man and a great friend.

Luis Miquilena, started in Venezuelan politics from an early age. He was known for being allied to President Isaias Medina Angarita (1941-1945), then President Romulo Gallegos opponent of (1948).
