Does anyone else think that this movie deserves a spot among the Top 250?

well i think we can all agree that it definatly deserves to be on imdb's currant top 250 list, not saying it is top 250 worthy, but with the currant list of movies up there it definatly beats up the majority of them.

shareare you being serious man just take a look at the top 250 and unless your just personaly not a fan of this movie(and even if you aren't) there are at least 50-100 movies on there that are worse then this one, but i suppose if you absolutly hate this movie then your opinion would be different.

Does anybody really have a clear, concise reason why one movie is rated number 187 and another is rated 192?
I'll agree that many of the movies in the Top 250 are movies I wouldn't even consider, but realize that being on the Top 250 means absolutely nothing. It means that a bunch of fangeeks voted it as a ten because of the full frontal nudity and constant chase scenes.

No- it's a good point though, lists like the "Top 250" of whatever are inherently going to be based at least in part on the opinions of those compiling the lists and at least in part are totally arbitrary in their rankings.
And for my 2 cents...no. This movie definitely does not belong on a top 250 list. But the fact that other people disagree with me only proves how meaningless those lists are, not because they disagree with me in particular but because there is obviously no universal agreement as to what constitutes a great movie.

shareTaking the Top 250 to literally mean the top 250 best films ever made, I honestly do believe SLC Punk can find a spot somewhere on there. Probably in the 100's or 200's, but definitely, it would be on my top 250 list.
