Totally nailed it

This is exactly how Salt Lake City is. I grew up in Salt Lake, and that's how the youth culture (not just punks, but all subcultures) were. I can't speak for the 2000's, but for the 80's and 90's, they nailed it perfect. The whole story about Sean is an actual local urban legend about a guy named Orange Crush. Some details get changed depending on who's telling it, but a guy getting "perma-fried" by running from the cops selling acid is a local legend. They really did their research and got it right.
