I agree with most that this movie was pretty damn bad, but ever since I saw this as a kid I though General Thade was one of the most evil villains I ever saw in any movie. Anyone else agree, disagree? Why, why not?

The entire performance is him squinting his eyes and cocking his head down to give an evil stares and getting into peoples faces making huffing noises. He was lame. Tim Roth is a great actor and can play a great villain but he was given nothing here than to just be a Disney-esque bad guy.

Most evil villain of the entire series, but sometimes I wonder if he's too evil. Get this so obviously psychotic, and unstable ape any form of control, could only lead to bad things. Everyone else is probably just too afraid to say "what the hell is wrong with you? Stop this now!"
