City of Angels is EPIC compared to this.

You can say that City of Angels has it's flaws (lord knows I have) but in no way, shape, or form is this film superior. This was pure *beep* from start to finish. I can pick out certain aspects from City of Angels that I enjoy; the cinematography, costumes, sets, surreal atmosphere, there's some decent acting. I'm struggling to find one positive from this movie... I got nothing. I can't quite wrap my head around why it would have even a slightly better rating.

And that guy playing the lead was an awful actor. Just cringeworthy in every scene.

Has I respect your opinion, I have to disagree, The Crow: Salvation is not a terrible film, but it nowhere reaches the greatness that was the first film, Eric Mabius is no Brandon Lee, but I thought he did pretty well of what he was giving, and he did not go over the top like Vincent Perez did in The Crow: City of Angels. The Crow: City of Angels was nothing more than a rehash of the first film, although it is different in spots, but it's basically the same premise. I admire The Crow: Salvation for trying to go in a different direction, not only being just a simply revenge plot, but also a mystery, has the hero tries to figure out why his girlfriend was killed, before he takes vengeance.

DarkVulcan don't explain yourself LOL

It's common sense about 2 things. 1 Vincent Perez is not that great of an actor and 2. YES THIS MOVIE BLOWS THE LIVING S H I T OUT OF CITY OF ANGELS.

I may be from Chicago, but Siskel and Ebert *when they existed* aren't needed to know these facts.

Oh and #3 This movie needed to be more mainstream rather than having many copies at Hollywood Video, it needed to be in tons of theaters and word of mouth would've made this a hit.
