I thort this film was done in the last 70s or early 80s it looked so OLD. *beep* its only 9 years old.

Seriously? I thought the 90s fashion and camera work gave it away as an obvious post-Scream movie, though it is a wreck! Better than Retro and Legacy, I will say...
The best thing to tell if a movie is 70s/80s or 90s/early 00s is the grain, and the camera style. 70s and 80s horror movies were higher budgeted often since there was a wider market for them at the time. Even the below average ones turned out watchable because of the heart put into them.
90s/early 00s, well...a lot look like TV flicks, shot very dull, and are just overall unimaginative. I love PM 1-5, but I will attest that they aren't excellent horrors...
