Are they team mates... (Tanto and Bly)

In Champ Car, teammates don't have to have the same livery or paint scheme, although some do. This allows teams to sell separate sponsorship for different cars or drivers. Many racing series do this like NASCAR.

In F1 though each team car must have the same livery for both cars.
